HOW DOES IT WORK ?

1. Select the Monetary Value of the eGift Card you desire.
2. Enter the Email Address/es of the Recipient/s in the field provided.
3. Add your Name & a Personalized Message.
4. Choose your eGift Card’s Delivery Date.
5. Checkout & Pay Online.

WHEN WILL MY RELATIVE/FRIEND RECEIVE THE eGIFT CARD ?

When the order is placed, a unique Gift Card Code is generated. This code will be emailed either :

(i). Within a few minutes, if the gift card was purchased for immediate delivery or

(ii) On the date you specified, at roughly the same time, if the gift card was purchased for delivery at a future date.

IMPORTANT :

Please note that the email containing the eGift Card Code may go into the Junk or Spam Folder of your friend/relative’s email inbox. Make sure to inform them of their incoming gift & remind them to check thoroughly & confirm it’s receipt.

DOES IT EXPIRE ?

Yes. The eGift Card will be valid for 120 days from the date of receipt of the code – after which it will expire.

REDEEMING AN eGIFT CARD

• You are advised to assign your eGift Card  to your personal shopping account on our website immediately after receiving your code via email. Simply do this by clicking the ‘Add to your account’ button in the email you’ve received.
• In the event that the above step fails, you can assign your eGift Card to your account manually by completing the following steps : Go into my account – click Gift Cards – enter your eGift Card Code – click ‘add to your account’.

Though this is OPTIONAL, it prevents the card from being used by another person in the event of the security of your eGift Card Code being compromised & also allows you to track the transactions on which your eGift Card was applied & your remaining balance.

• Your eGift Card can be used on multiple transactions until the monetary limit is reached.
• In the event of items being out of stock after placing an online order on which your eGift Card was applied, these out of stock items MUST be substituted for other in stock items since your eGift Card Credit CANNOT be refunded once used.

• Our eGift card can ONLY be redeemed Online on our website www.belairstore.com & NOT in-store.
• Our eGift Card is Non-Refundable & CANNOT be exchanged for cash or credit in part or full.
• Our eGift Card MUST be purchased alone & NOT along with other items in your cart. Please Checkout your eGift Cards in an order by itself.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING :

• The terms and conditions of this eGift Card shall be amended at any time at the discretion of Bel Air Store Ltd. and shall be binding on the customer.
• NO replacement will be provided for lost or stolen eGift Cards.
